1. How much cooking will I need to do?
Preparing and cooking your own meals and snacks is one of the key things you can do to see faster results and to be able to maintain them. Having said that, I realise you're busy and have 1000 other things on in your day. So all of my recipes are fast and easy and only use ingredients you can easily get from the supermarket. We also encourage the use of left overs and making more than one meal at a time to save money and time as well.
2. What if I don't like the meals/food in the plan?
Helping clients learn how to substitute healthy meals/foods for different ones is something I've been doing successfully for about 16 years. You do not (and should not) be forcing yourself to eat foods you don't like. there are always things to substitute or change and I can help you with that.
3. How does the bonus training program work?
I am offering a massive discount on training for 4 weeks as I know that adding a training program to Transform in 4 will amplify your results measurably. For an extra $79 you can add unlimited training at our gym for the entire 4 weeks. We run 20 different sessions each week and you can attend any that suit you.
4. What are the foods I'll be eating?
Every day foods available from the local supermarket. They include fruits, vegetables, chicken, beef, eggs, rice, cheese and yoghurts are some of the foods included. For the 4 weeks we'll be avoiding alcohol and most packaged 'treat' foods so that you can see the fastest results in such a short time. In the final week I'll be showing you how to integrate your favourite foods back in without gaining your weight back again and what that look like long term.
5. What about alcohol and can I eat out?
While I can't make you skip alcohol, you will see much better results if you do. As far as eating out goes, you will also see much faster results if you don't. I understand you may have previously planned events organised and can help you to make the best choices if you do have anything coming up in the 4 weeks. Otherwise, it's important to remember that it is just 4 weeks. The closer you can stick to the plan, the more you will achieve.
